What is exactly this site for?

This site is made for hosting some art projects (currently 2) made by me and my friend.
And the Chaos Universe is a Webtoon, it needs to be HTML based for this idea come out! Different of Exposed Shadows, on which is an animation project
but i thought it would be cool to put it here with ChU!
